Victoria Village man shot

Reynold “Spragga” Shallow is now a patient at the male surgical ward of the Milton Cato Memorial Hospital (MCMH) after being shot.

The shooting occured at Victoria Village about 9:45pm Tuesday, Shallow was shot in the right hip.{{more}}

Shallow told SEARCHLIGHT that he had been feeling cramps in the affected leg, but when SEARCHLIGHT visited him on Wednesday, he was feeling better. “I have to give thanks that I’m alive”, he said.

Roselle Pompey, Shallow’s sister said that she was outside her house when her phone rang, when she answered, a woman told her that her brother had been shot. “I started to tremble and I got real cold and the phone drop out me han”, she said. “I am glad that he is still alive because we have no mother and father so we have to look out for each other”, she further stated.

Shallow is the second of four siblings. He has a two-year-old son.
