Cable & Wireless undergoes business name change

From April 1, 2007 Cable & Wireless West Indies Limited (CWWI) began trading under the new name of Cable & Wireless St. Vincent and the Grenadines Limited.{{more}}

According to a release from the company, the change will be seamless to customers and the general public and does not affect the services provided, but will bring a number of efficiencies to the business unit as a whole.

Foster Hannaway, acting CEO says: “Since the Company will now be providing not only your mobile service but also fixed line and internet as well, we believe that that the new name reflects our position as the only full service provider in St Vincent and the Grenadines. There will be no change to the excellent day to day service that our customers receive”.

Customers paying their bills and addressing any communications are asked to do so to Cable & Wireless St Vincent and the Grenadines Ltd with effect from April 1.
