CLICO launches Power 7 Series

CLICO International Life Insurance Limited has launched its Power 7 Series in St. Vincent and the Grenadines, a new and exciting package that is geared towards providing the relevant solutions for the many challenges of day to day living.

The Power 7 Series includes: the Power Home Owner, Power Savers, Power Health and Critical Illness, Power Cancer Care, Power Premium Life, Power Life Plus, and the Power 100 plans.{{more}}

Giving an overview of the Thursday, June 29 launch and a profile of the Power 7 Series, Denise Mongerie-Rogers, Vice President of Public Relations & Advertising, noted that the launch concludes many months of planning and research in an effort to produce “exciting products which should not only capture the imagination of the market, but also, provide relevant solutions for the many challenges of day to day living”.

Mongerie-Rogers said the implementation would take a two-fold approach, one where CLICO has re-branded a few of its more popular plans, by making them more affordable and with increased benefits; and secondly, by producing new offerings to complement what the company already markets.

“One of the first solutions we looked at was that of mortgage protection. Through our Power Home Owner Series we are offering our clients and the public the most affordable mortgage protection plans in the market,” said Mongerie-Rogers.

The public relations consultant, elaborating on other elements of the package said the series offers “living benefits” which are available to assist in educational funding, savings and investments. As a result the Power Savers Series provides ready cash for any investment opportunities.

She explained that another major consideration was the high cost of heath care. CLICO is aiming to offer the public peace of mind and security to combat any health emergency, which could possibly wipe out one’s savings. The new Power Health Series, Power Critical Illness and Power Cancer Care Plans will provide major medical health insurance to address the escalating cost of health care globally. It covers 19 medical conditions with lump sum payments and addresses the costly fight of beating these diseases.

Mongerie-Rogers said the Power Premium is suitable for all ages but offers maximum term life protection up to age 85 at minimum premium rates. These policies may be used as collateral.

On the other hand Mongerie-Rogers said the Power Life Plus, is a unique combination plan, which offers three levels of coverage at the most affordable prices in the market. A refundable savings bonus, cash hospitalization and an accidental death and dismemberment benefit.

With regard to the Power 100, Mongerie-Rogers said it offers a lifetime affordable security for all markets and can be used for cash value accumulations as well as collateral.

The package has already been launched in Barbados, Dominica, Grenada, and will be launched soon in St.Lucia, Antigua and St.Kitts.

Presentations were also made by Toni Olton, Vice President of Sales for the E.C Territories, Harvey Graham and Beresford Phillips, Agency Managers. Laureene Kirby, Branch Administration Manager of CLICO, also, attended the ceremony.
