FirstCaribbean Awards employees

Keisha Derrick, Aliethea Jackson and Jamila James have won FirstCaribbean’s First Quarter All-Star Player Awards for St Vincent and the Grenadines. The awards are part of the bank’s Employee Recognition Programme – the Pro-Performers Programme, which is geared towards recognising employees for outstanding performance.

Derrick was awarded for exceptional performance in her role as Customer Service Officer. She is regarded as a leader in Customer Service Delivery, and was one of the top ranked in Sales Referrals for the first quarter.{{more}}

Jackson received her award for excellent performance as Administration Officer. In her new human resource role, she single-handedly resolved outstanding human resource matters and demonstrated true attributes of first concern for staff. Jackson was also commended for being the primary contributor for FirstCaribbean receiving the National Insurance Services’ (NIS) Sonny Boyce Certificate of Excellence Award for being one of the top ten complaint companies in St Vincent and the Grenadines. She has since been promoted to the position of Business Support Administrator I.

James’ award is for extraordinary performance as Customer Service Representative. James has shown a strong example in the sales process and is committed to excellence. She has since been promoted to Credit Sales Support Officer.
