C&W is Platinum sponsor for Vincy Mas 2006

At a press conference held in conjunction with the Carnival Development Committee (CDC), Cable & Wireless and the Ministry of Tourism, the announcement was made that Cable & Wireless is the official mobile and internet service provider for Vincy Mas 2006.

The CDC expressed satisfaction in Cable & Wireless’s investment in Carnival and stated that they were looking forward to fostering a long-term relationship with the company.

Chief Executive of Cable & Wireless Daryl Jackson, remarked, “Cable & Wireless, historically, has been associated with the growth and development of Vincy Mas. We have, for example, supported and invested in Junior Panorama; this sponsorship has helped to nurture and sustain this art form. We are also the sponsors of reigning Panorama champs, Cable & Wireless Starlift. However, our interest in the continued growth of Vincy Mas is not confined just to pan, but extends to the overall festival.”
