GECCU hosts Senior Citizens’ Heritage Tour

In celebrating our National Heroes & Heritage Month, the General Employees’ Cooperative Credit Union last week Saturday hosted a Senior Citizens’ Heritage Tour. {{more}}

The main objective of the tour was to show appreciation to the credit union’s senior members by taking them on a drive on the Windward side of the island.

They were given an opportunity to view the proposed airport site and different historical sites on the island. They subsequently make a recreational stop at the NIS Golden Years Center at Black Point. The theme for Heritage Month this year is” Preserving our heritage with pride”. GECCU takes pride in preserving our pioneers.
