Rotary bus shed project gets a boost

The Rotary Club of St.Vincent South has received a financial boost of $6,750 to their bus shed project, thanks to the St.Vincent Brewery.

President Reginald Thomas said the funds will be used to provide commuters with a shaded area while they wait on their transport to their various destinations.

Thomas also expressed gratitude to the Ministry of Transport, Works and Housing for giving Rotary permission to construct the sheds, which he noted would be built in accordance with international standards.

He also encouraged more businesses to join the project since it would give them opportunities to advertise their companies and products.
