Anita Charles here to take back SVG

One of our very own Vincentian recording artistes Anita Charles and her husband Dennis Charles are back on the island.

The purpose of their visit is to “take back” our country from what they say is its “state of moral degradation” and to awaken the spiritual consciousness of the people.{{more}}

In light of this passion for revival in the country, Dennis and Anita Charles are joining together with the churches of St. Vincent and the Grenadines to fulfill this vision.

This cooperate effort is expected to allow the nation to experience the very first Vincentian Christian Intervention (VINCI) 2005 with its theme “Taking It Back”.

This exciting and revolutionary event will take place at the Arnos Vale Net Ball Complex on July 2nd at 3 p.m.

Complementing this event is a MOTORCADE that will begin at the Grammar School Grounds and proceed through Kingstown, then travel to the Arnos Vale Netball Complex where they will join in the festivities that they expect will already be in progress.

VINCI 2005 “Taking It Back” is expected to set a national precedence for the country and to literally change the spiritual course of St. Vincent and the Grenadines, as it holds the potential to empower people to make a difference.

Visitors and citizens are warmly invited to be part of this national event.
