Today Cingular is proud to announce Per-Second Billing. All Cingular Wireless customers, EZEE! Prepaid as well as Postpaid Minutes Plus in St. Vincent will now be able to talk as much or as little as they want with Per-Second Billing.

“We are very excited to bring this benefit to all of our customers in St. Vincent and the Grenadines. As AT&T Wireless our customers were charged for the first full minute of their call even if the call lasted only 30 seconds. As Cingular we can now offer our customers per-second billing.

If one of our customers is on a 15 second phone call he or she will be charged for the 15 seconds, period,” noted Magnus Whitehead, Interim Market Manager.

“In order to make this new added value available to everyone Cingular is also launching a “Blow Out Sale”. AT&T Wireless must transition completely to Cingular by April 18. This means that all AT&T Wireless branded equipment needs to be sold before this dateand the entire phone inventory including data devices, accessories, air cards, etc. needs to go.

“This is a great time to become a customer,” added Magnus Whitehead.
