“Internationally known plus size model, Jezra M, hosts Meet/Greet & Closet giveaway for women of all sizes in SVG.”

Founder of “Pure Body Love”, Jezra Matthews is an advocate for women, internationally known model and blogger based in New York City. Jezra M can be seen be across the internet, in online magazines and also has been featured on many websites and campaigns including; Blink Fitness, Galore Magazine, Bustle, Essence Magazine and Refinery29 just to name a few. Jezra M has also gained huge popularity on the widely used social media platform Instagram (@jezra_m) where she has over 98,000 followers worldwide!

With her recent degree in Psychology, Jezra M plans to pursue a career in youth/adult counseling. Her movement Pure Body Love was designed to motivate and empower women to love themselves purely at any size. She believes that all women are beautiful and by joining the Pure Body Love movement, not only are you celebrating your body, but you are also encouraging, motivating and inspiring other women to love their bodies purely. Her mission and vision for Pure Body Love is to touch the lives of every single woman in the world, she wants to do so by connecting with women online and in person. Pure Body Love’s goal is to bring women together from all over the world to increase self-love, self-awareness and self-confidence.

Jezra M will be hosting her first overseas event in St. Vincent and the Grenadines, July 7th 2017 (held at the French Verandah) called Pure Body Love Meet & Greet/ Closet Giveaway. The event starts at 5:00pm and goes until 8:00pm. This event is a three part event which she is very excited about. The first part of the event is a Meet & Greet. The Meet & Greet will be a reception style affair where guests and press members will be able to meet and connect with the founder, Jezra Matthews. This event was also created for women in St. Vincent and the Grenadines to meet, mingle and make contact with each other. She hopes this Meet & Greet will form new friendships while supporting celebrating each other. Jezra M opens doors for all women to come, feel safe, feel free, feel confident and not have to worry about being judged by anyone.

The second part of this event is The Closet Giveaway, this part is when ladies of all sizes will be able to shop Jezra M closet for free. Jezra M will be giving away her clothes as well as clothes donated by international sponsors. The items of clothing will range from sizes 2 to 22. Her passion for this part of the event was created from lack of plus size clothing stores for women in St. Vincent. The nonexistence of clothing for full figured women is discouraging, which is why Jezra M felt the need to do something, she wants to bring attention to the lack of support that plus size women encounter. Her main reason for having this closet giveaway is to help provide beautiful outfits for women who are plus size. Founder of Pure Body Love Jezra M stated that “growing up as a young plus sized teen, there weren’t any plus size online or any go-to stores to shop from”, so she knows how it feels when you can’t find clothes in your size. Jezra M passionately stated: “It unfair and it breaks my hearts to hear stories and see women struggle to find nice outfits in their sizes. She hope this event will bring awareness to St. Vincent and the Grenadines, by gaining a connection with clothing stores locally and overseas to make it accessible for women who are plus size to shop for clothes comfortably.

The third part of the event is the RAFFLES!!! While everyone is shopping, mingling and taking pictures the host for the event will be picking numbers out of a bag to announce the winners. The winners will win a Pure Body Love gift bag full of goodies from local and international sponsors.
