35 models get set for Mijé/SVGTV Carnival Catwalk 6

Close to 35 Mijé Models are busy putting the finishing touches to their signature show: Mijé / SVGTV Carnival Catwalk 6, under the theme ‘The Equation – Style/Fashion= Eternal’.{{more}} The show will be staged at the Cruise Ship Terminal on Sunday, June 26, from 6:00 pm.

The models promise to add life to some very exciting and interesting Spring/ Summer Collections from 16 design teams, from St. Vincent and the Grenadines, St. Lucia, Trinidad and Tobago, Barbados, Guyana and the USA.

Designers Sharleen Lagon of St. Lucia, Paula Evans and Karen Ross of Guyana, Andrew Harris and Sonia Noel of Guyana and Barbados, the design team of Shurnel Oliviere and Natasha Gomes of Trinidad, Celeste Johnny and Donna Weekes of the USA all promise to bring their “A game” and offer the patrons a fresh new look. The Vincentian contingent of Kimon Baptiste, Jeremy Payne, Alicia Simmons, Brenda Mc Intosh- Iroha, Naudica Williams-Todd, Sofilia Blucher, Brooke Legair and Mijé Designs all promise to represent well.

Mijé and CoBra Management (Barbados) Ltd, the management team of the show, ensures that this year’s standard will be even more exciting than previous ones. Patrons are encouraged to come and enjoy, as the models bring to you a Caribbean Market and all its excitement in the opening scene, then takes you on a journey of the various melting pot of ethnic influenced designs!
