Sisters provide parting gift to Searchlight

Sisters Keeta and Kimmette Robertson, dropped in on SEARCHLIGHT on Thursday, September 25, 2026 in the topsy-turvy of the final day of producing the newspaper.

The sisters, who are engaged in producing art, came bearing a gift- a piece of art work crafted from the pages of SEARCHLIGHT. It’s a project that took them about one week to complete, but one that Kimmette said they felt compelled to do as a parting thank you to the newspaper and its team.

Keeta and Kimmette who reside in Gomea, own and operate KP Artistry 784 that produces a range of art pieces including key chains and ear rings.

In operation for the past decade, the sisters currently cater mainly for the local market, selling primarily during the tourist season, but have also ventured out to obtain business from Vincentians living abroad.
