Miss SVG Teen this Saturday
SEVEN YOUNG LADIES will this Saturday August 1 vie for the title of Miss Saint Vincent and the Grenadines Teen at the LaVue Hotel in Villa, Expected to take the stage are Miss Frenches, Xenyah Small; Miss Green Hill, Philecia Cuffy; Miss Queen’s Drive, Jonnique Alexander; Miss Cane Garden, Hannah Archibald; Miss Fountain, Keiahara Hunte; Miss Arnos Vale Kiera Bailey, and Miss Biabou Kefira Monsegue.
“As one of the agencies that supports creative and talented young ladies, we want to nurture these girls as we realize they are the future and we want the support of the public in doing this,” Pageant Coordinator AngenellaYoung told SEARCHLIGHT.
She stressed that the pageant allows young ladies to boost their confidence while showcasing talent.
“The pageant is about pushing and encouraging the young ladies. This is a wholesome show and not about the young ladies exposing themselves or anything like that,” Young added, while noting that the contestants will compete in four categories, promotional speech, talent, prom wear and interview.
