Form-2 students compete for place in National Science Quiz
FORM 2 STUDENTS from several Secondary schools across St Vincent and the Grenadines (SVG) are gearing up for the Grand National Science Quiz, scheduled for May 27, 2026, but first they must get past the preliminaries.
A launch on Tuesday, April 28, 2026, at the conference room of the St Vincent and the Grenadines Teachers Co-operative Credit Union (SVGTCCU) signalled the readiness for this year’s competition.
PRO of the Science Teachers Association, Cyritha Harry, said her organisation is proud to support initiatives like this one that foster a deep appreciation for science, and contribute to the development of the next generation of innovators and problem solvers.
She expressed appreciation to the teachers, whose dedication and commitment continue to prepare and inspire students.
