The son of a well known pastor who is alleged to have indecently assaulted a 13 year old female, pleaded not guilty when he appeared in court for his arraignment on Thursday, May 11.

The accused who has been identified as Donnally Daniel, father of two children and son of pastor Errol Daniel, appeared at the Family Court yesterday, where the charge was formally laid against him.

The alleged incident is said to have occurred at the church building and it is alleged that the young teen performed oral sex on the man, and that the accused touched her inappropriately about her body.

Daniel who is on station bail is expected to return to court.
