X-Ceed successfully defend Fast 5 finals and do the double

On Trac X-Ceed Sports Club successfully defended their Division One Flow/Bank of SVG Fast 5 Netball title when they defeated Mitres 26-23 on Monday, June 20 in the final game of the tournament at the netball centre at Montrose.

X-Ceed therefore was the only team that played unbeaten in the tournament.

Their win in Monday’s hard fought game ensured that they also did the double, as On Trac X-Ceed had also sealed the Division Two title earlier in the tournament.

It was a hard fought victory for X-Ceed as Mitres pulled out the stops in an effort to dethrone the defending champions, but did not create the upset they were aiming for.

Earlier, the national male netball team defeated Maple 28-8, in another practice game for the males as they prepare for the 2022 Male Netball Tournament scheduled to be held in St.Vincent and the Grenadines.
