All Female Gospel Group Launched
An all female worship group whose aim is to win souls and carry out the mandate of spreading the Gospel though worship was launched on March 1.
The Winning Women of Worship made their debut at the Inaugural Heritage Sunday Thanksgiving Service held at the New Testament Church of God, Wilson Hill Kingstown.
The event was hosted by Javelle Frank Ministries and the National Day of Prayer Committee.
The group said they have been called forth to use their voices for the advancement of God’s Kingdom.
“It’s an honour to partner with God’s daughters who have something in common; that’s ministry. Our aim is soul winning and proclaiming the Gospel of Jesus Christ locally, regionally and internationally,” Frank said.
She said much prayer and guidance was required in selecting the team.
“After more than two years of prayer and times of fasting, I received a breakthrough with instruction and guidance from the Lord about ways to reach, teach and preach the Gospel. So one of the Lord’s ways to accomplish His will in my life was to connect me to a team of women I can partner with in ministry. Hence, these amazing women from different denominational backgrounds have answered the call of God with a resounding yes.”
Frank, who has a burning passion to help women from all walks of life, said the group is readily available to help other women rise to their calling.
“We are ready and available to use our instruments by helping other women rise and fulfill their purpose in life. We operate from a position of victory and nothing can stop us from doing just that.”
The Winning Women of Worship are Amora Henry, Alyssa LaBorde, Marsha Miller, Janelle Thomas-Alexander, Kemalia Sam McMillian and Javelle Frank.
