Car crashes and overturns in Marian House’s yard

PC 490 Shawn Chandler, a police officer attached to the Drug Squad is counting his lucky stars having survived an accident that could have claimed his life.{{more}}

Chandler, a resident of Arnos Vale was driving towards Kingstown approximately 6:45 a.m. on Tuesday, January 13, 2009, when he lost control of the vehicle and went over front first at Marian House. The vehicle then overturned.

Reports claim that the constable who received a cut to his forehead, and also complained of pain to his left leg.

He was treated at the Milton Cato Memorial Hospital (MCMH) and discharged.(HN)
