When Terron Prince appeared before the Serious Offences Court yesterday, he was slapped with two charges, that on October 15 at Kingstown he had in his possession one 9 mm pistol and six rounds of 9 mm ammunition.

He pleaded not guilty to both charges.

However, senior prosecutor Adolphus Delpesche objected to his bail.

Delpesche told the court that Prince is currently on bail for an attempted robbery charge and it is also alleged that a firearm was used in that offence which is currently before the High Court.

Prince’s bail was denied and the matter adjourned to November 2,2016. (AS)
