PI into Clare Valley road traffic incident begins

A preliminary inquiry has begun into the road traffic incident that resulted in the death of Edgar Cruickshank last December.{{more}}

Antwone ‘Quincy’ Anthony, 40-year-old CD vendor of Clare Valley stood before the Serious Offences Court, last Thursday.

Anthony was behind the wheel of motor vehicle P7516 when it collided with several bystanders at Clare Valley last December.

Also giving evidence last week were PC 350 Humphrey, Derek Maxwell, Clemroy ‘Bert’ Francois, Corporal 728 Morris, the wife of the deceased, Cecilia Cruickshank, Dr Child, Ronald Samuel, Telbert Roberts and Leader of the Opposition Arnhim Eustace.

Anthony was represented by attorney Arthur Williams.
