Sixteen-year-old Romesh Barker, 23-year-old Delano Clarke and 26-year-old Jerry Clarke were ordered to surrender their travel documents when they appeared before magistrate Carla James at the Kingstown Magistrate’s court on Friday, August 21.

Police allege that the men were found with the drugs at Fancy on August 20.

The three, who are being represented by attorney Israel Bruce, were granted bail in the amount of $35,000, with two sureties each. Bail was derived from the estimated street value of the drugs.

The matter was adjourned to September 2 and transferred to the Serious Offences Court.

Until then the three young men are to report to the Georgetown Police Station on Mondays and Fridays between 6 a.m. and 6 p.m.(AS)
