Lucian’s Court case not until January 2009

St Lucian Feron Leon will have to wait until January 15 next year before his drug possession case gets underway.{{more}}

Leon, 33, was arrested and charged on July 29 for having 122 pounds of cannabis at Wallilabou. He pleaded not guilty at the Serious Offences Court on Tuesday.

He is to re-appear in court on November 24 for a report on the drug.
