Coenzyme Q10
Coenzyme Q10 increases tissue oxygenation and has been shown to help decrease receding gum lines.
If you have lower levels of Coenzyme Q10 in your diet, then you will be more susceptible to gum disease than those who have optimal levels.
Coenzyme Q10 is found in several fresh vegetables and fruits. If you have your daily servings of fruits and vegetables, then you are certain to have enough of this in your diet.
Cranberry Juice
Cranberry juice is known to be an agent that inhibits the harmful bacteria that cause gum disease, stick on to your teeth or underneath the gum line and cause further harm.
Cranberry juice must be had in its pure form and not diluted with sugar solution to be more effective. The vitamin C and antioxidants in the cranberry juice allow one to be gum disease free in the most natural of ways.
Aloe Vera
Apply Aloe Vera to your gums in order to cure them of gum disease. You might be surprised to know of this usage of Aloe Vera. You just need to snip off a leaf and apply the gel from beneath it, or get a ready-made gel tube and apply it to your gums to keep infections at bay.

It is the best natural remedy for infected gums.
1. Salt water also helps in the treatment of bleeding gums swelling and pain.
2. The salt should be one teaspoon full in 8 ounces of lukewarm water. You can do warm saline rinses two to three times a day.
