Congratulations are in order for Roxcell John, sister of Rochelle John, Attorney at Law, on graduating from the University of the West Indies, St. Augustine Campus, and graduating at the top of her class, the only person to receive First Class Honours in Political Science. Heather John, her mother working at the Division of Adult and Continuing Education, is especially proud of you. Congratulations are also coming from her brother and sisters and other family members. The family of Roxcell John would like to say thank you to the Government of St Vincent and the Grenadines, Minister of Health Hon.
