Dr Monique Constance-Huggins who graduated with her PhD in Social Work from the University of Pittsburgh. She also obtained Masters’ degrees in Public and International Affairs and Social Work from the University of Pittsburgh. She was a student of the Belair Government School, Girls’ High School and St Vincent Grammar School 6th form.
