Congrats, Fidel

Hon Clayton Burgin and Staff in the Ministry of Housing, Informal Human Settlements, Lands & Surveys and Physical Planning and the Housing and Land Development Corporation are delighted to announce that Fidel Rose, a Civil Engineer, has successfully completed the requirements for the award of the degree of Master of Science (MSc) in Construction Management from the St. Augustine Campus of the University of the West Indies.

Fidel also holds the degree of Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Civil Engineering, which was conferred on him in July 2005 by the Universidad de Camaguey, Cuba.

Fidel, the son of Renrick Rose and the grandson of Germaine Rose of Stoney Grounds, has been developing as an exemplary public servant who works beyond the call of duty to ensure that the National Housing Programme is appropriately and effectively implemented.
