Vincy at Renault Formula One

Michael Soso was awarded the degree of Doctor of Philosophy on July 7, 2005 from the School of Engineering Sciences, University of Southampton in the United Kingdom.

He had earlier obtained the degree of Master of Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, one of the top five Engineering institutions in the USA, and the degree of Bachelor of Engineering Science, Mechanical Engineering with Distinction from the University of Western Ontario, Canada.

At present, Soso holds a coveted position at Renault Formula I with the group that designs the shape of the cars. He also has several publications with the Society of Automotive Engineers in the USA, and more recently with the Journal of Automobile Engineering, in the United Kingdom.

Michael is giving thanks to God, the Government, his parents, teachers, professors, and the many friends and well-wishers who encouraged him and in any way assisted him.

He is the son of Hudson and Anselma Soso of Propect and a former student of the St. Vincent Grammar School.
