Amid the celebrations at Christmas it is sometimes easy to overlook the real message of Christmas.{{more}}
It is a message that conveys hope, peace, and happiness. I think, too, that it tells us that the essence of greatness lies in the humility of the Being.
God has truly blessed our nation and our land. At this time of the year let our thankfulness for his blessings flow towards those who are in need of a little help.
As the New Year approaches it may be a good time for each of us to ask âWhat can I do to contribute towards a more caring society?â Every contribution of care will add to the security of our childrenâs future and give confidence to the more vulnerable members of our community.
On behalf of the Staff of the Mission and on my own behalf I wish to express to our nationals at home and in the diaspora a peaceful Christmas and a happy New Year.
May god bless our nation.
