CDC releases names of Calypso semi-finalists

The Carnival Development Corporation (CDC), has released the names of the 22 calypsonions who will competed for a place in the finals on the night of Dimanche Gras in the 2024 edition of Vincymas.

The semi-finals are scheduled for Friday June, 28, 2024 at the Victoria Park commencing at 8:00 p.m. the CDC said in a release. The semi-finalists from the various tents are:

These calypsonians have been invited to meet with representatives of the CDC and other officials on Monday June 17, 2024, at at 5:30 p.m at the Media Center in Victoria Park. Representatives from the two bands Nex Level and The Festival Band are also invited to be at the meeting.
