SVG now under Tropical Storm warning as Bret approaches

St Vincent and the Grenadines has been placed under Tropical Storm warning as of 2pm on June 22, 2003.

A Tropical Storm Warning means that tropical storm conditions are expected somewhere within the warning area, in this case within 24 hours.

The National Hurricane Center (NHC) has advised that heavy rain and strong winds are expected in portions of the Lesser Antilles later today and tonight.
