Less than a month after the shooting incident occurred, an Ottley Hall man has been charged in connection with the death of another man from the same community.

Tevin Bobb, 29 years, appeared in the Serious Offences Court on January 17, 2023 charged with the murder of Mikhail Charles who was shot and killed on December 26, 2022 in Paul’s Avenue.

Reports are that Charles was walking with his girlfriend in the area between the Banfield Service Station and the National Lotteries Authority (NLA) building in Paul’s Avenue when he was accosted by a lone gunman.

Bobb was not required to plead to the charge that he caused the death of Mikhail Charles of Ottley Hall by an unlawful act.

Bobb was remanded into custody and is expected to return to court on February 28, 2023.
