Your daily beauty habit resolution

Water, water, water. Drink at least seven to eight glasses per day.

Eat with your skin’s beauty in mind. Avoid fried foods and eat fewer fats. Remember to eat fresh vegetables and more fruits.

Maintain body conditioning for muscle toning and shaping{{more}}.

Get adequate sleep – at least eight hours. It brings peace of mind and allows the body to regenerate. Take one hour to just rest and breathe deeply in a room with ventilation and a humidifier. Relax with a warm cup of decaf tea, hot chocolate water with a slice of lemon, or tomato juice. Sleep and rest are as important as water for better-looking skin.

Try eye and lip moisture replacement during the restful evening hours. It allows for deep conditioning penetration under and around the eyes and the concave grooves of the lips.
