by an unidentified assailant about 10:20 p.m. And to compound de painful sequel, two weeks before dat chopping incident, another Cuban, ah Physician, Dr Salgado (wuking in SVG) ended up in de IC Unit after he was seriously slashed in de abdomen. He was heading from ah Carnival Show to his Mc Kies Home in Kingstown.
