Garret Cyrus wins again in physique competition in Canada
Vincentian Garret Cyrus, won another class B of a men’s physique competition, in Canada.
Last Saturday at the Monument National Theatre in Montreal, Canada, Cyrus copped the Ben Weider National Canada pro qualifier.
In the process, Cyrus beat his nearest rivals Dale Suckra into second place, and Lu Yunhang, third.
Last month, Cyrus also won his weight category, then, the Natural Canada Pro qualifier.
However, on both qualifiers, Cyrus’ detail, cut and his posing routines, were not enough when he was classed among others for a shot at a pro ticket.
Cyrus was again the runner-up.
A former St Martin’s Secondary and Adelphi Secondary School student, Cyrus disclosed to SEARCHLIGHT that he will not be relenting.
“I am still proud of myself, despite not getting the pro ticket, so I have to try again next year,” Cyrus commented.
“I saw where I went wrong and what the guy who beat me had over me, so I plan to train harder and improve on my weak areas… I am confident that come next year, I will be in better shape,” Cyrus projected.
