Adareâs goals came from Jamarie Davis, who scored twice and Shamal Reid, the other.
But Adare was able to stay in charge; CWSA was not able to do so, and surrendered their Senior Division title to the RSVG Police on Sunday.
The lawmenâs win came from kicks at the penalty spot, 3-1, after both teams had finished 1-1 in regulation time.
Both losers in the knock-out segments have an opportunity for redemption, as they are in the league title race as well.
United Strikers will face off against System Three One in the Under-16 League final, set for 2: 30 p.m. this Saturday.
This will be followed by RSVG Police versus National Fisher Folks in the Senior final, as new champions will be crowned in both divisions.
Adare won the league title in 2015, while the Ministry of Education took the senior component.
Before Saturdayâs championship matches, the third place in the Senior Division is to be contested on Thursday between SVG Port Authority and Toniâs Stores Combined.
The presentation and closing ceremony will take place immediately after Saturdayâs senior final. (RT)
