The new admissions represent the largest cohort across all sports who have been winged off to a US educational institution.
And, reports are that all have already been making an impact on the collegeâs football (soccer) programme, having been engaged in practice matches, as well as competitive ones.
Paving the way for the new batch of Vincentians to Ranger College were Shelisa Hazell, Shadel Cyrus and Teffi-Ann Browne, who were enrolled in August 2015.
Ian Sardine, the man who is behind the venture, having forged a relationship with Ranger College authorities, said he is delighted that fruits of behind the scenes efforts are paying off.
Sardine reiterated that this is the way to go, as the current executive of the St Vincent and the Grenadines Football Federation is not doing enough to get young talent out.
âI am trying to get as many players out, so that they can, not only improve their football, but their education as well,â Sardine said.
