Headstart Pre-school honours coach King

The HeadStart Pre-school earlier this week remembered Kibijah King and presented him with a plaque.{{more}}

Principal of the school Lavinia Defreitas Francis thanked him for his years of service to the students and mentioned how his openness and transparency gave her the surety that her children were all in good care.

The interaction between King and the children was not unnoticed. Francis wished him all the best in the future and pledged to honour other coaches in a similar manner.

Representing the St Vincent and the Grenadines Tennis Association (SVGTA) at the handing over was secretary general Janelle Humphrey, who was also very pleased having known and worked alongside coach King for many years. She stated that the SVGTA is committed to the further development of the sport of tennis through the kids and thanked the pre-school for showing their appreciation to King.
