Kadier Nedd struck 72 and Romano Pierre, 29, to lead Radcliffe to 185 for 6 from their 20 overs.

Asif Hooper was Team Rivals’ most successful bowler, taking 2 for 30.

Rivals, however, were limited to 156 for 6, also from 20 overs. Harley Skerritt was left at the end on 58 not out, while Asif Hooper scored 25 and Marvin Small, 24.

Bowling for Radcliffe, Westrick Straugh had 3 for 26 and Lindon James, 2 for 27.

Radcliffe had also ousted Rivals in the Super-40 competition last October, which prevented them from another retention.

Team Rivals were seeking their fourth straight champing of the Twenty/20 title, under the aegis of the St Vincent and the Grenadines Cricket Association.

But Rivals, the reigning Premier Division champions have put together four titles on the trot, and will be hoping to add a fifth when the 2016 edition opens next weekend.(RT)
