Last Saturday and Sunday, they came out on top in their matches. On Saturday, they took on Miami Power at Marine Park B. Taking first strike, Cavaliers posted 153 for 9 in 20 overs. Ebenezer Earle scored 37, Alston Michael 35 and Andrew Marsh 30.

In response, Miami Power could only make a meagre 89 all out. Orlando Mofford and Richie Ruplall each had three wickets to their name and Shane Anthony two, to stall the Miami Power batting line-up.

On Sunday, Cavaliers took on St Lucia at Marine Park D and it was the same result for Cavaliers.

Taking first strike, Cavaliers reached 159 for 6. Orlando Mofford top scored with 59, Shaquille Allick hit 39 and Alston Michael, 39.

St Lucia, at their turn at the crease, were stifled by the bowling of Shane Anthony and Timothy Warner, who took four and two wickets respectively, to make 118 for 7 in 20 overs.

Cavaliers are also unbeaten in their nine outings in the 40-over competition of the BCL.(RT)
