Domino rivals renew contest this weekend

Two rival domino teams will continue their rivalry this week end in the Marriaqua Valley.

This Saturday, River View Domino Club will oppose Rika’s Bridge Boys, from 7:30 p.m. at Rika’s bar in Mesopotamia. The match will be a 35-game affair.{{more}}

Both teams have been in a competitive mood over the last three years. They have engaged each other in some seven matches, with Rika’s Bridge Boys leading the series by five games to two.

Rika’s Bridge Boys are the current National White Oak domino champions, having won that tournament in 2012, 2013, and 2014.

A large crowd is expected to be on hand to witness this domino game on Saturday.
