Love the homosexual but reject the lifestyle

Love the homosexual but reject the lifestyle

Editor: The gay lifestyle continues to be a talking point and of much discussion. With the case before the court by the homosexuals there is not much that can be said. However, I wish to make us seriously aware of the times we are living in and the seriousness of this court case. Let us as a Christian people cry out to God for our nation that they would not succeed. Ladies and gentlemen, if they succeed and the laws are changed to give the freedom to practice and married by these gays then it would be a very dark day in this country.

We are told in Proverbs 14:34 that righteousness exalts a nation but sin is a reproach to any people. I have on several occasions written about the homosexuals and giving scriptures to support the fact that it is an abomination. Therefore, I would not repeat myself in this regard. Suffice it to say that many of us are aware that it is illegal and also against the very nature of God. In Romans 1: 22- 25, the Bible clearly tells us that it is a result of man being given over to a mind of a beast and it is against the very nature of things and God.

There could never be any comparison and any justifiable reason for anyone to practice this lifestyle. While I agree with some that sin is sin referring to homosexuals, sin carries consequences. So we can not in any justifiable reason compare this abomination to other things such as adultery and fornication etc. The Lord classifies this sin as an abomination and a state where an individual has been given over by God and has a mind of an animal. The consequences of this are far greater than the sins mentioned previously. Let us be reminded that God destroyed an entire nation because of this. This is how serious God takes this sin.
Our country, and the world at large are in darkness and are ripe for God’s Judgment. If we have to go down the road of making it legal for gays to get married and for a male to change their gender to a female, and female to male and embrace the term of transgender where a person can choose what gender they want and also a person can have a neutral gender where they are neither male nor female, this will be the last straw to be broken and as a result it will sink this country further than it is already in. We will see the destruction of this nation.

We are living in the last days, where as the Bible reminds us that as it was in the days of Noah and Lot so shall it be in the coming of the Lord. So it is, but a reminder of the times in which we live. There is no doubt we are towards the closing of the Church age. I urge us all to cry before the Lord to save this nation from total destruction.

Our greatest fear is not the criminals, yes God will judge them, but the greatest fear is the lack of trust. We just don’t know who is who when it comes to homosexuals. To crown it all off the harsh reality facing us is the strong possibility that we are heading for God’s judgement. God made Adam and Eve and asked them to be fruitful and multiply. It is God’s intention that a man and a woman come together and not two men or two females. How in God’s name can two persons of the same sex be fruitful and multiply.

Let us love each other, even the homosexuals, but let us condemn and not embrace this life style. Let us not accept it as a person’s choice but reject it as an abomination. Let us pray that the case brought by these men to give them the freedom of practice etc be defeated and that our blessed nation be not thrown into such a horrible state. May God bless SVG.
