Totally ridiculous and utterly unacceptable!

Editor: I am totally appalled and befuddled at the disorganization that now characterizes FLOW SVG operations. I went to report a fault with the Internet system at my home. The crowd of people that were milling about the cramped domains of the main office was off-putting, but I gamely pressed on and asked how I could access the complaint section.{{more}} I was directed to a young lady who entered the information into the computer system and I was told to wait until I “heard” my name and that the process may take up to an hour. I was puzzled as to how it would be possible to hear my name, given the large number of people in the office. Nevertheless, I gamely took my seat and waited. At the end of half an hour, the number of disgruntled customers who came and left or stood waiting in frustration was telling.

I am aware that there is one major provider of Internet and telephone services, but for goodness sakes, the manager or someone in authority should take a walk every now and then in the office where customers are waiting in endless lines. I do not have the entire day to sit (not many seats are available) or stand around the cramped quarters of Flow to get their services. I thought that their past services left a lot to be desired, but this is by far the worst customer services that are being offered. Come on FLOW we surely deserve better – after all our money does make a difference to your success! Or is it that we have no recourse (no alternative) that drives such shoddy service? I wonder.
