Vincentian woman stabbed to death in Barbados

A 69-YEAR-old Vincentian woman was stabbed to death in Barbados on Monday January 21.

The woman, Martha Agatha Doyle, was discovered dead at the Vauxhall Senior Citizens Village, Vauxhall, Christ Church.

According to a police press release, Doyle was a resident of the Vauxhall Senior Citizens Village and she was found dead after police responded

to a report of an incident at the Home just after 6 pm on the day in question.

Reports also claim that a 70-year-old man who lives at the senior citizens home was detained for questioning in Doyle’s death.

Doyle was a vendor by profession and lived at Free Hill, Black Rock, St Michael, before moving into the home.
