Big giveaways from LIME during carnival season

Telecommunications provider LIME gave out over $60,000 in cash and other prizes over the carnival season.{{more}}

For LIME customers, the carnival season began with the launch of LIME 4G in April, when LIME’s General Manager Leslie Jack also announced that Vincy Mas this year was going to be dubbed LIME 4G Carnival.

Immediately, customers were treated with giveaways, which included LIME 4G ready handsets, credit, tickets to shows, and other goodies.

As the carnival season fast approached, so did the LIME generosity.

People entering the LIME text to win promotion were rewarded with cash, shopping and meal vouchers, more free credit, Monday band packs among other rewards.

People who paid their LIME bills in full were also rewarded with five to thirty per cent discounts.

The gifts and giveaways did not stop with LIME customers only.

Over the last six weeks, passengers in LIME branded minivans were treated to a surprise as they made their way home from a hard day’s work.

The travelers, along with the drivers and conductors were given phone top ups, passes to the LIME Reset Party featuring Walshy Fire of Major Lazer, passes to the Uncle Skinny kids fair, Luta’s 20th anniversary CD, tickets to White on the Dock, Black Rave, H2O Soca, Soca on the Beach and other events.

People were also rewarded on social media.

Through the Stir Media-managed LIME Viewer’s Choice Facebook contest, people at home and abroad voted for their favourite artistes and contestants at a number of the major shows, and both voters and competitors were on the winning end; receiving LIME 4G enabled handsets, free service and free LIME top up.
