A touch of blush goes a long way. It adds life and colour to your face and its application is quite straightforward.

If you have a long face, apply blush on the apples and blend out towards the temples.{{more}}

To slim a round face so that it appears smaller and sharper, apply blush in an angular motion, blending from the apples of the cheeks towards the temples.

For oval faces, apply blush on the apples of the cheeks and simply blend with a blush brush for a soft appearance.

For square faces with a stronger jawline, apply your blush in a linear motion a few inches from the sides of your nose.

Tip: Avoid heavily applying blush. While it is supposed to add colour to your face, blush’s appearance should be soft rather than harsh.
