Two wins, three drawn matches in week two of VSPL Tournament
TWO WINS AND three drawn matches were the results in week two, round one of the Vincy Soccer Premier League, which ended last Sunday night, February 8, 2026, at Independence Park (Victoria Park)Kingstown.
Chalking up wins were BESCO- Pastures and Awesome.
In the first match of Sunday’s triple header, BESCO Pastures defeated Avenues, 2-0. Oraldo Campbell, and an own goal helped Pastures’ cause.
Sunday’s second encounter resulted in a 3-3 draw between Hope International and Bequia.
For Hope International, Valdo Anderson, Chad Davis and an own goal accounted for their tally.
For Bequia, Jomaine Ollivierre netted twice, and Mark Browne was also on the score sheet.
The night’s capper saw all three points going to Awesome FC, who outdid Camdonia- Chelsea, 4-0, with braces from Chad Strough and Kareem Williams.
When the weekend’s action commenced on Friday, February 6,2026 System Three and Je Belle scored three goals apiece.
Azihno Solomon netted two, and Cori Barbour Durrant netted the other for System Three; with Jahva Audain scoring all three goals for Je Belle.
Also, on Friday night, Layou and North Leeward Predators drew 1-1.
Koby Mingot scored for Layou, and Diel Spring for Predators.
Week three matches, starts today, Friday, February 13, with Je Belle facing North Leeward Predators from 7:00 p.m at the Brighton Technical Centre and from 9:00 p.m, Bequia United will play Awesome.
On Saturday, February 14, Hope International takes on Layou from 3.30 p.m at the Cumberland Playing Field.
Action returns to the Brighton Technical Centre on Sunday, February 15, as System Three opposes Avenues from 6:00 p.m and BESCO- Pastures battle Camdonia- Chelsea from 8:00 p.m.
