SVGFF looking for Head Coach of Education
THE EXECUTIVE OF the St Vincent and the Grenadines Football Federation (SVGFF), is seeking for someone to take the lead and manage its Coach Education Programme.
They are therefore asking eligible persons to apply for the position of Head Coach Education by this Friday, January 30, 2026.
That person, when appointed, will design and deliver coaching courses and licence pathways, as well as implement CONCACAF’s Coaching Convention standards.
Additionally, the successful applicant will have the responsibility to train, mentor, and evaluate coach educators, support national team coach development and initiatives, and provide representation of the SVGFF with at local, regional, and international fora.
Notably, the Head of Coach Education will provide assistance in the strategic planning and implementation of the National Football Philosophy.
The Federation requires someone with a Bsc in Sport Education or a related field; be the holder of a CONCACAF A or B Licence or equivalent, and is a certified Coach Educator at either the CONCACAF or FIFA levels, with a minimum of five years experience.
The SVGFF also requires the successful applicant to have strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills who is willing to work flexible hours, inclusive of evenings and weekends.
