Tier II clubs to vie for promotion
Eight clubs have positioned themselves for the two promotion spots to the 2025/2026 National Club Championships of the St Vincent and the Grenadines Football Federation (SVGFF).
They will, however, first have to get past the quarter finals and semi-final stages unblemished.
The eight advanced from the group stage and will enter the elimination round next Tuesday and Wednesday, July, 15 and 16, 2025, respectively.
All matches are set for the Brighton Playing Field.
Kicking off the quarter finals from 6:00 p.m on Tuesday will be Volcanoes versus General Hardware Supplies Richmond Hill. Then at 8:00 p.m, Glenside Ball Blazers and Bequia United meet.
On Wednesday, System Three takes on Parkside Rollers from 6:00 p.m and from 8:00 p.m, Owia United will oppose Sparta.
Tuesday’s winners will meet in semi-final one slated for July, 18, and the victors of Wednesday’s quarter finals will face off in semi-final two of the doubleheader.
Meanwhile, the losing semi-finalists will meet in the third place play off on Sunday, June 20,2025 with the winners squaring off in the grand finale.
The two finalists will thus gain promotion to the Premiership (Tier 1) of the next club championships.
Twenty- five clubs were part of the group phase of Tier II.
