Comsports ahead in Business Houses Table Tennis Tourney

Comsports is not making sport in the National Properties/Republic Bank/Sean Stanley Table Tennis Academy Business Houses Table Tennis Tournament which is taking place at the Calliaqua Town Hall.

Comsports has secured four wins in as many matches, as the trio of Michael John, Davon Cato and Kenneth Bibby, are proving too much for their opponents.

Comsports recorded a 3-0 win over Republic Bank on opening day, Monday, April 8, 2024.

In Comsports’ uncomplicated victory, John defeated Cosem Millington 11/5 , 11/5; while Cato swished Norman Cumberbatch 11/5, 11/6; and Kenneth Bibby defeated Britney Straker 11/5, 11/8.

Next on Comsports’ list of triumphs was a 3/1 win over Police.

Cato trounced Clint De Souza 11/5, 12/10; and also defeated Jeremiah Bascombe, 9/11, 12/10, 11/7;

and Bibby overcame Seyon Shoy, 11/4, 13/11.

Police’s lone win came from Bascombe who defeated Michael John, 12/10, 11/8.

On April 11, Comsports outdid  Pan American Life Insurance three games to two.

Comsports’ wins came from  Cato who beat Alfonso Richards 12/10, 11/5; John beat Mark Charles

6/11, 11/7, 11/9; and John outscored Richards 11/4, 13/11.

For Pan American Life,  Charles beat Cato 6/11, 11/6, 11/7; and Alford Collis defeated Bibby, 7/11, 11/6, 11/7.

The other competing business houses are ECTAD, National Lotteries Authority, and VINLEC.
