System Three take SVGCC Football title

System Three Youths emerged the new champions of the National Lotteries Unique Soccer St Vincent and the Grenadines Community College Invitational Championship, beating Hope International 5-2, at the Victoria Park, last Friday night, November 17.

Double strikes from Jahiem Kirby in the 6 th and 45 th minutes, and Chad Haynes in the 43rd and 77th minutes , and one from Zamaro Mofford – 67th minute , accounted for System Three’s five goals.

Jamaar Cropper’s 12th minute item and Shemar Wilkes’ 69th minute goal, netted for Hope International.

In the third-place playoff that preceded the championship match, Jebelle FC Youths had the better of Avenues FC Youths 4-2. Christopher Lewis registered a brace for Jebelle Youths, scoring in the 33rd and 44th minutes while Jahva Audain and Kamal Griffith scored a goal each in the 17th and 71 st  minutes respectively.

Dakari Hector and Kadel Hector were the goal scores for Avenues FC Youth in the 5th and 39th minutes respectively.

Jahiem Kirby of System Three scored the most goals- 15. Jimmel Lewis of Je Belle Youths- Best Goal Keeper; Mikael Williams of Je Belle – Best Defender, Chad Haynes – System Three- Best Midfielder, MVP of the Final and MVP of the Tournament.
